Philippe Pacalet's Moulin-a-Vent is amazing. Deep cherry red, this wine is intense, with sweet red fruit on the nose. Rich and firm on the palate, is has a meaty, savoury character with firm, almost thick tannins. Chewy, deep and while it is generous in fruit it is built for the long term.
