Varnier-Fanniere's Brut Zero Grand Cru is a beautiful Champagne from Grand Cru, Domaine vineyards in Avize. The nose brings out aromas of lemon mixed with notes of ripe fruit, green apple and flowers. In the mouth, it has a lively attack, the persistent “extra brut” finesse of Chardonnay being fully expressed. This wine has zero dosage (hence the name), so the freshness is shown first and foremost, with a lovely finish.
