This is a prime example of great wine from a lesser-known appellation. With only 15% new oak during fermentation, this wine is mineral, fragrant, dry and balanced. With age, it develops notes of flinty stone and toasted almonds. it is the perfect accompaniment to seafood (especially shelfish). 45 year-old vines.
