This wine has the intensity of the Dust in the aroma and the mouthfeel: classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe Cabernet aromas include bright fruit, tea, mahogany, cocoa and a nice spicy sweetness. That spice carries through in the mouth with flavors of ripe plum and raspberry. The initial attack of texture is not that strong in tannin but just as you start picking up the cocoa, fruit, vanilla and cassis flavors, the Dust comes back, creating a dense texture, crying out for rich food to accompany the tannin.
