Hollis is the second label to Stewart Cellars and is perfect for Cabernet lovers that don't want to spend $200/btl. 100% Napa Valley Cabernet, sourced from such highly esteemed vineyards as Stagecoach, State Lane and Crystal Springs, made by Paul Hobbs, at an incredible price. Hollis Cabernet Sauvignon is accessible now with engaging fruit forward components dominated by cassis, black cherry and tobacco. It offers a muscular mid-palate full of soft tannins with notes of chocolate and coconut husk and it has a very long, lingering finish. Highly recommended.
