Jaimee Motley is one of the up and coming young winemakers in Sonoma. In a very short time, Jaimee has amassed a wealth of knowledge about food and wine, working at such iconic restaurants as RN74 and working with winemakers like Pax Mahle. The aromatics of Jaimee's flow through lanolin, fresh beeswax, and wet slate. There are layers of dandelion flower tea and cara cara orange. The palate is broad and fleshy with a chewy mouthwatering acidity tamed down by a merino wool like texture.
