Picked on Beerenauslese level (115° Oechsle), the 2018 Kupp Auslese GK is super intense but also fine and slightly flinty on the bright, fresh and slatey-mineral nose. Lush and precise on the palate, this is a well-defined, salty-piquant, elegant, floral-flavored and highly finessed Auslese. It was bottled with 7.7% alcohol and 147 grams per liter of residual sugar.
