Temporarily out of stock
This cuvée – labeled trocken in a rare departure from usual Lauer practice – comprises around half each estate fruit from Ayl and purchased fruit from Saarburg, Wawern and Wiltingen. Piquancy of apple seeds is prominent on the nose, but is invigoratingly integrated into a juicy matrix of apple, lime and grapefruit, leading to a bracingly refreshing finish.
