This beauty from Azelia is a single-vineyard Dolcetto from one of the region's best areas for this variety: Montelupo Albese. It shows intense color, red fruit and blueberry, rose, sweet spices, deep fruity and floral flavors, and the wine has incredible persistence and minerality. Ideal to drink young, but can benefit from short term (3-4 years) ageing. This is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the wine's freshness.
