Temporarily out of stock
First created in 1979, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes is the foundation for the 'house style' of Il Mosnel. Almost 24 months sur lie allows this Brut to reach a perfect balance, after which it is ready to be disgorged. It has a subtle white-gold hue, and a slender, silky mousse of pin-point bubbles. An aromatic mix of elderflower and hawthorn blossom with crisp Mediterranean citrus, pear and apple, apricot and melon, along with subtle impressions of wild herbs and almonds. Crisp fruit and a tangy acidity are abundant in the mouth, concluding with a nish that is long- lingering, elegant, and beautifully balanced.
