Mondeuse 2018 (92, Vinous): The 2018 Mondeuse (Santa Maria Valley) is deep, inky and super-expressive, with tons of aromatic lift from the 100% whole clusters. Sage, mint, lavender, blueberry and sweet spice all meld together in a gracious, ethereal red that hits all the right notes. This is such a delicious bottle of wine.

Massa Vineyard Bordeaux Blend 2018 (92, Vinous): The 2018 Claret Massa Vineyard is a flat-out gorgeous wine. Fresh, vibrant and juicy, the 2018 is a joyous bottle of wine. Bright red berry fruit, crushed flowers, mint and spice give the 2018 striking layers of nuance. The 2018 is fresh and vinous, so don't wait on it too long. The blend is 45% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc.

Peter Martin Ray Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 (92, Vinous): The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Peter Martin Ray is just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel. Rich and deep, yet classically medium in body—as all of Jaimee Motley's wines are—the 2017 is a terrific example of old-school Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Dried herbs, licorice and a touch of whole cluster savoriness from the 25% stems add character.
