This 100% Macabeo (Macabeu in Catalan) is also 100% organic and biodynamic. It has a terrific nose of lime peel, pear and stone fruits followed by some light floral notes. The palate is fresh and silky, with brilliant acidity and a great finish. A great tapas wine, this is super versatile.
