The juicy and fresh 2015 Pencopolitano blends grapes and places: Carignan, Syrah, Malbec, Carmenère and Cinsault from Itata and Cauquenes. It matured in concrete and stainless steel vats. The nose is an intoxicating mixture of wild flowers, aromatic herbs and spices, with bright red fruit, hints of cassis and pollen, with quite a lot of complexity.
