A wine featuring nice aromatic complexity, powerful, fine, with incredible freshness and minerality. The nose shows mineral notes, white flowers, and peach. On the palate the Soave La Broia is fresh, tasty, with white flowers and fruit consitent with the aromas. Roccolo Grassi aims to express the origin of the grapes which grow on alluvial soil with high limestone content. Additionally, wood fermentation increases longevity and complexity.
